Horizon Europe projects within funding pillar 2 (Global Challenges and European Industrial Competitiveness) revolve around partnerships for international cooperation as one of the prerequisites for EU funding. Mostly, the funded consortia are composed of organisations from EU Member States or associated countries. Sometimes it can make sense to involve partners from third countries as well.
