EU funding is in principle open to all EU organisations including NGOs, SMEs and local and regional authorities, whereas this of course depends on the thematic field in which you would like to carry out a project. In some programmes, it is possible to be awarded a grant with almost no co-financing from your part, in others you need to bring in a higher percentage from your own funds (or from other funding from non-EU sources).

The funding rules and procedures are complex, which is clearly to the disadvantage of newcomers to EU funding and to smaller organisations and companies as they often do not have enough resources to take care of the administrative steps involved and are lacking the relevant know-how to write a convincing project proposal. This is where I would like to offer my support which stems from around 20 years of professional experience within EU policy and grants. Get support for writing your EU grant application or with an ongoing project

You’ve decided to go ahead with a grant application? I’ll advise you on how to fill out the different sections of the proposal template and on what needs to be included to maximise your chances of success. We will have advisory sessions via Zoom to improve and finalise your draft proposal.

We look into important aspects such as for example:

Double checking the eligibility criteria for the specific Call for Proposal you are applying for
How to formulate your project idea, what do you have to include in a good project description?
Which information exactly do the different sections of the application form (Impact, Work Packages, etc.) require?
Reviewing your project budget and the different budgetary categories according to your work plan
Other requirements relevant to your proposal (e.g. gender aspects, international cooperation, sustainability,...)

Apart from the above, one further offer which is available is supporting you with the reporting for an ongoing EU project.

Being specialised in Horizon Europe projects and other EU programmes under direct management of the European Commission (such as for example: LIFE Standard Action Projects; Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values Programme CERV), I can write your grant application for you, either fully or particular parts of it.
