Guided Online Learning Programme
Getting into EU funding doesn’t have to feel overwhelming.
Join the new edition – with live support from 19 November to 9 December 2025
Are you curious about how EU funding works – and whether it could support your organisation’s next project?
Kickstart is a compact, guided online learning programme designed for newcomers to EU funding – combining self-paced lessons, practical exercises, and live guidance.
Applying for EU funding is not an easy endeavor, especially if you are new to it. However, it will save you lots of time and energy when you start with clarity, structure, and direction to navigate the EU funding landscape. And the best part: it only takes a few focused hours to give you a clear head start.
Whether you’re a nonprofit, a public entity, or any organisation considering a project aimed at solving specific societal challenges, this compact guided online learning programme will help you:
Could my project idea receive EU funding?
What are the basic requirements and how do I check eligibility?
Where can I find open Calls for Proposals?
What does an EU grant application involve?
How does the selection process for EU projects work?
How much effort and planning does a proposal require?

I’ve been working in EU funding and policy for over 20 years, supporting organisations in obtaining grants across various fields – from social inclusion and environmental sustainability to research and innovation.
Through workshops, training, and hands-on proposal writing support, I’ve helped many small and medium-sized entities – including nonprofits, public bodies, and research organisations – to secure EU grants.
This course brings together what I’ve learned over the years in a structured, accessible, and practical way, designed especially for those who are just getting started.
